I found that users are prone to anxiety in crowded places. Through a series of experiments, I found that the way to relieve anxiety is to divert attention. Elevators are crowded scenes that people cannot avoid in their daily lives. Therefore, I designed a chasing game with floor panels as the carrier. The fast-paced game mode of game characters breaking through levels and killing monsters attracts users' attention. When people reach the target floor, the game is temporarily won. This method can relieve anxiety in a short and intensive process.


我发现用户在拥挤的场所容易产生焦虑情绪。通过一系列实验,我发现分散注意力是缓解焦虑的有效方法。电梯是人们日常生活中无法避免的拥挤场景,因此我设计了一款以电梯地板为载体的追逐游戏。游戏通过快速节奏的闯关和击败怪物模式吸引用户注意力。当用户到达目标楼层时,游戏暂时获胜。这种方式可以在短时间内通过集中互动有效缓解焦虑情绪。
